Best New Car Lease Deals for June 2025
What’s shocking this month? Thankfully, nothing. Despite the sporadic threat of U.S. tariffs, some of the lowest-priced new cars are still affordable enough that we’ve found eight standout lease deals for sedans, hatchbacks, and small SUVs. In many cases, these cars are from brands that regularly offer attractive prices. For deals like the $40-per-month Fiat with $40 down, the expiration date is nigh. Elsewhere, we’d be happy in a Mini Cooper or a Land Cruiser—which in June are selling for almost the same price.
Check Our Leasing Guide
Make sure you first read our leasing guide. We’ve covered everything that may get glossed over in the showroom: advertising fees, money factors, residuals, legal implications, and all the other fine print that could cost you thousands more than you’d expect. When comparing similar cars, be aware that a lower monthly price often demands more money up front. As with any national lease special, enter your ZIP code on an automaker’s website to check if these deals apply to your area. Prices do not include taxes or fees and may be higher or lower depending on your location. Research is always your friend.
SUV Lease Deals
2025 Toyota Land Cruiser
$469 per month/$3999 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
While the Lexus GX is playing hard to get, Toyota has double the inventory on the Land Cruiser. This lease for the base 1958 trim brings cloth seats, round headlights, and a yesteryear driving experience mitigated by a turbo hybrid powertrain and a modern touchscreen. If you’re going full-time four-wheel drive in 2025, a Land Cruiser at this price is very attractive compared to something like a base Land Rover Defender. The rate here applies to Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. On the West Coast, Toyota adds another 2000 miles a year for $50 to $70 extra per month. This offer is not yet available nationwide.
$279 per month/$1989 at signing
24 months/20,000 miles
The Trax is the one small American car in more than a decade that we actually recommend wholeheartedly. Technically, it’s not a car but a subcompact SUV, as no American company sells a small car in America. That doesn’t take away from how good it drives, feels, and is built (and even with tariffs on and off, the South Korean-made Trax is maintaining its low price). This lease for a front-wheel-drive LT requires that you own any 2020 or newer vehicle.
2025 Acura ADX
$399 per month/$3499 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
We called the ADX the “entry-level Acura for those not in a hurry.” On performance, the new subcompact ADX handles well and accelerates slowly. As an Acura, it looks sharp and makes a real effort to differentiate its interior design from the Honda HR-V upon which the ADX is based (it also shares no exterior body panels). This lease is for the front-wheel-drive base trim and is intended as a “conquest,” so it’s only for current lessees of a 2015 or newer vehicle from one of 19 brands. If that doesn’t apply to you, add $30 per month.
Sedan Lease Deals
2025 Hyundai Sonata
$439 per month/$3499 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Hyundai does hybrids, and its best effort is not on its SUVs but on the midsize Sonata. In our testing, a Sonata Hybrid matched its 51-mpg highway rating. That equates to more than 600 miles of range, on regular gas, with all the safety and tech features to boot. The Sonata may not be the fun hybrid (believe it or not, that’s the Camry’s role), but the style and value plays are genuine. This lease is for the most expensive Limited Hybrid. Gas-only models start at $259 per month for the same signing payment.
2025 Volkswagen Jetta
$299 per month/$3999 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
The aging Jetta is that old friend who refuses to change but rides strong on redeeming qualities. Roomy, affordable, simple, familiar—that is the Jetta way. However, the manual transmission, long a signature element on VW’s entry-level cars, sadly has been plucked from the Jetta for 2025 and is now restricted to the GLI. This lease is for the base SE.
2025 Nissan Sentra
$209 per month/$3259 at signing
39 months/32,500 miles
Nissan has hiked signing payments on the Kicks, Altima, and Rogue. Some models, such as the Pathfinder and Murano, are six grand. The serious bargain, as it has always been, is a base Sentra SV. For just over three grand, the $209 monthly payment is the best among any gas-powered compact car or crossover. Spend more on the SR, and you get nice-looking quilted leather and two-tone paint for $319 per month. That’s as pricey as it gets.
Hatchback Lease Deals
2024 Fiat 500e
$40 per month/$40 at signing
24 months/10,000 miles
We’ve mentioned this Fiat lease before, and it’s too funny to let go. This is a real lease offer in Colorado, where state incentives lower the price to almost nothing. Imagine paying less for a car than you do for a phone, streaming apps, or internet service. The last remaining 2024 500e may be gone by the time you read this. Elsewhere, the 500e leases for $179 to $199 per month with several grand down.
Convertible Lease Deals
2025 Mini Cooper
$439 per month/$3789 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Since Ford doesn’t offer Mustang convertible deals, Mini takes the crown as the most affordable convertible you can lease. And what other new convertibles are there at this price? None. The lack of competition hasn’t made Mini lazy. The new-gen 2025 Cooper still looks like a puppy and drives with the solidity of a BMW, but it now packs the industry’s first fully circular touchscreen. The Cooper S and JCW aren’t too much more if you require extra speed and sound.
